Polyphenyl-Ether is a highly refined diffusion pump fluid recommended for use within the pressure range of 10-9 to 10-10 Mbar. An outstanding feature of this product is its extraordinary resistance to oxidation, coupled with extremely low rates of back streaming and creep, resulting in a cleaner working chamber environment when compared with other fluids.
